WineServe is a distributor of Enomatic products and we stand behind the quality and reliability of our wine dispensing systems. To ensure the best experience for our customers, we offer a comprehensive warranty program covering parts and labor.

Warranty Coverage

  • Parts Coverage: All parts are covered under warranty for up to two (2) years from the date of purchase.

  • Labor Coverage: All labor required for warranty-related repairs is covered for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase.

  • Exclusions: Travel and shipping expenses related to repair work are the responsibility of the customer.

Support & Maintenance

WineServe offers complimentary remote support to assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues:

  • Phone support is available at no additional cost.

On-Site Service & Additional Maintenance

  • Any on-site service visits for maintenance or repair work beyond the warranty coverage will require a service fee.

  • Fees will be based on time and travel costs associated with the visit.
